What’s Included in Every Package

All of our bar packages are designed to make your event effortless. Each package includes:

  • Ice, cups, napkins, and straws
  • Appropriate garnishes, juices, and mixers needed for your selected drinks
  • A 20-minute phone consultation at booking, plus an additional consultation 7 days prior to your event (if requested)

Booking & Payment Details

To reserve your event date, a non-refundable 25% retainer is required at booking.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
  • Please note: bookings become non-refundable within 7 days of the event.

Large Gold Mirror $80

Additional Cost for Travel Time $3/mile
Travel beyond the included 50-mile radius will incur an additional charge based on distance and time. This ensures timely, efficient service and covers transportation expenses for locations outside the allotted area.
Additional Serving Hours $145/hour
Need more time? Extend your event’s bar service beyond the included 4 hours with additional hourly charges. This allows for continued enjoyment and seamless service for your guests without interruption.
Additional Licensed Bartender $200
Need extra hands behind the bar? Add a licensed bartender to ensure faster service and a smoother guest experience — ideal for larger crowds or high-volume events.
